The solution centralizes people-management processes through a technical and traceable workflow, enabling each request to be reviewed from a single, consistent operational view.

The previous workflow relied on fragmented tools and manual tracking across multiple channels, which created delays, duplicated effort, and limited visibility into the real status of each case.

Implemented solution
